Cassia bark is a natural product harvested by hand and dried before leaving the farm. The peeling of the bark is usually done by hand by skilled peelers. The peeled bark has to dry properly before sent out to the market, to avoid bacteria growth and becoming mouldy, making moisture control one of the key elements in processing this natural product.
Our farmers have faced some tough conditions during the drying period, which has resulted in quality issues. While waiting for the new harvest to come in, we are unfortunately not able to sell you good enough Cassia sticks, that live up to our standards and your expectations.
As soon as we have the fresh fabulous Cassia bark available, it will appear back in the webshop.
